Greenhouse gas emission trends, by type
Definition

Total direct greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measured as CO2 equivalent.
GHG include carbon dioxide(CO2), methane(CH4), nitrous oxide(N2O), perfluorocarbons(PFCs), hydrofluorocarbons(HFCs), and sulfur hexafluoride(SF6), and the emissions are estimated in CO2eq by applying their global warming potential(GWP).
